Wholesale is a market that often gets overlooked. Your business needs this to thrive. You can survive on single orders from customers, but you will grow beyond words with wholesale.

It opens up new revenue streams, expanding your market reach. Imagine seeing your products in retail stores…so freakin cool right🤯

I currently utilize Faire. “An online wholesale marketplace that connects independent brands with independent retailers.”

Faire is a great online marketplace. It’s also…FREE to join. The majority of small business owners use it because it’s is easy to get started, to connect with brands, track your orders, send marketing emails, and a lot more.

So let’s get to it. Here is the ultimate starter pitch:  

Copy, Paste, and Edit

“Hi [Recipient's Name],

I hope this message finds you well. I came across your store online and fell in love with(specific product(s) or branding). I'm [Your Name] from [Your Company], and I believe our selection of [type of product(s)] would be a perfect fit for your store.

We specialize in creating high-quality, unique stationery items that resonate with stationery lovers. Our range includes [mention key products, e.g., beautifully designed notebooks, eco-friendly paper, or handcrafted bookmarks], all crafted with a touch of (specific adjectives, e.g., elegance, vintage, functionality, etc.).

I've attached our [wholesale catalog] and a link to our wholesale site for you to explore. If you’re interested, I would love to chat further.

Looking forward to the possibility of working together!

Best,
(Your Name)”

That’s it!

You don’t have to write a lengthy email and it doesn’t have to use PhD level vocabulary. In fact, this will hurt you to an extent.

You are speaking to small business owners. Like-minded people. They don’t want the fluff. Get to the point in your email and share your enthusiasm for wanting to grow your businesses together.

And soon you will build everlasting partnerships that help increase your revenue and build consistent income streams.

It may be tricky at times because not every business will work with you (they might not even respond). However, take your time and put yourself out there. You aren’t going to get handed every wholesale opportunity, and I know the struggle.

But you will miss every opportunity you don’t take…
